While we trust that you will contact us at the earliest opportunity should you be unable to arrive for your stay, please note the following:
No-show on day of arrival:
No refund - full amount of stay is payable.
Cancellation within 24hrs of arrival time (5:00pm NZST):
No refund - full amount payable.
If we are able to re-sell some or all of your allocated nights however we will refund as much as we are able.
Cancellation 24hrs or more before arrival (5:00pm NZST):
Sometimes travel plans change. Please let us know as soon as you are able and we will do our best to accommodate any alterations to dates where possible. Differences in booking fees will be discussed at that time.
All breakages will be charged to the credit card used to book the accommodation. Please let us know as soon as something has happened so that we can replace broken items for you and future guests.
